I hate to do this Brian but you fucking deserve it for all the times you did it to me. THE ACADEMY AND I. YES!! I dont regret doing that in the slightest. feels really good.
ok first off, stop bitching.
second, Scorsese is my favorite director ever, as you already know. But i think Clint actually deserved the oscar, and i dont think million dollar baby should have won best picture (my vote would have went for Sideways.) I too think that Scorsese NEEDS to win a fucking Oscar already...but...as much as i loved The Aviator (i saw it twice in theaters) I dont want him to get it because he needs it. In other words i dont want it to be a pity Oscar. He should have won it for Raging Bull. I think thats fukcing insane that he didnt!. he should have won it for taxi driver, goodfellas, but he has a long career ahead of him still, and he'll get it.
